Welcome to ClubMinePenguin ('We', 'Our', the 'Site' or 'Us'). We operate under the ClubMinePenguin ('ClubMinePenguin'), name, because of that, all services related to the server will be used with that name. ClubMinePenguin is an independent Minecraft server that is a 1:1 scale recreation of Disney's Club Penguin. We are not affiliated with Microsoft, Mojang, The Walt Disney Company, Disney Interactive, or Club Penguin Inc. in any way shape or form. We are a stand alone organization and are not represented or endorsed by any of those companies. Upon logging into our server for the first time, you are agreeing to our rules and policies regardless of player status and are signifying that you agree to any punishment received because of a violation to any of our rules. We are not responsible for any violations taken place outside of our services. If you believe that your punishment is not valid or an accident, please submit an appeal.

In an effort to maintain safety, we kindly ask that no personal information is shared on our platforms. There are two exceptions to this rule, those being our official store site and our staff application(s). We define personal information as, first/last names, home/school/work addresses, city/state/providence, zip code, age, federally issued documentation (such as, passports, birth certificates, social security cards, etc.) or passwords. In order to apply for a staff position, we will only request your age, email address, preferred name, and time zone. On our Official Store site each user is required by our store operator to provide their first and last name, email address, country, zip code, and payment information (credit card, debit card, paypal, etc.). In the event of a data leakage, all users effected will receive an official email or discord alert from a ClubMinePenguin administrator explaining the situation. All incidents of doxing, posting, or talking about other users personal information will be handled with respect, care, and in confidence.

 

Like many networks, our network collects, holds, and distributes necessary data. The data that is collected is done so periodically. All data collected remains within the boundaries of our network. No data is ever sold to or used by third-party organizations. All of the data that we collect is used only to improve the overall user experience.

Our player base consists of a wide range of ages. In according with the U.S Federal Trade Commission, all users under the age of 13 or younger are prohibited from using any of our services. This is defined in 16 CFR Part 312, which is also known as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule, better known as COPPA. In the event that a user is identified as underage, their accounts will be universally banned until the date of their 13th birthday. This policy is enforced on all of our services regardless of user(s) location. We reserve the right to ban any user who we believe could be underage.
